Ester'S Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute the steak in skillet until brown.
    Pour off drippings. Add the onion and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
    Mix the flour and brown gravy mix the the beef broth.
    Mix into light paste and all at once pour this into meat mixture.
    Add the mushrooms.
    Cook for 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
