Pierogi Dough(Very Light And Easily Digestible Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, crumbled
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. water
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add cream cheese, then water and finally flour. Knead until smooth, adding flour until no longer sticky.
    Place in refrigerator and let set for a few hours.
