Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped fine
Preparation

Blend first 3 ingredients, then blend next 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients.
Coat nuts and dried fruit with a little flour.
Pour into loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Keeps well in freezer.
