Baked Quesadilla With Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. lime juice
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/8 c. crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix lime juice, water, orange juice, garlic, pepper and salt.
    Place chicken breasts in a bowl.
    Cover and marinate overnight.
