Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Grease and flour Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
