Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) roast
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bottle ketchup
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Bake meat for 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Pour all ingredients over meat.
    Bake 3 hours.
    Take meat out and shred with fork. Pour meat back in sauce and bake 2 hours.
    Serve on hard rolls.
