Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 or 2 bouillon cubes
    1 c. (3 oz) shredded American cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. steamed broccoli
Preparation
    Make white sauce by combining margarine, flour, water and bouillon.
    Add broccoli and cheese; spice to taste.
    Excellent and filling meal.
    (250 calories per 1 c. serving.)
