Braciola(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean round steak, sliced thin for rolling
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt, pepper and oregano to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato-herb sauce
    1/2 c. red wine or sherry
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips.
    Blend Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses, onion, egg, parsley and spices.
    Spread over strips of meat.
    Roll strips up and secure with toothpicks.
    Place meat in crock-pot and cover with sauce and wine.
    Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
