Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced
3 c. peeled, sliced carrots
chicken broth
3/4 c. light cream
6 Tbsp. butter
salt
white pepper
cayenne pepper
minced parsley
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook vegetables, covered, with chicken broth until tender.
Drain vegetables and transfer to food processor.
Add cream, butter and seasonings and process a few seconds until combined, but not pureed.
