Kasha Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. buckwheat groats (Kasha)
    1 1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. partially steamed cauliflower
    2 c. CASHEW CHEESE
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring salt and water to boil.
    Add Kasha.
    Reduce heat, cover and
    simmer
    20
    minutes.
    Saute
    onion in 2 tablespoons water. Steam
    cauliflower
    in
    1 inch water.
    (If frozen, run under hot water 15 seconds.) Combine all ingredients and stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
