Rhubarb 'N Dumplings - cooking recipe

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. sliced rhubarb
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine 1 1/4 cups water, brown sugar and the first 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons margarine.
Add sliced rhubarb.
Microcook, uncovered, on 100% (High) for 7 to 9 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
Cover casserole to keep warm.
