Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 can Mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
3 large bananas, sliced
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve 1 cup juice.
Combine fruit and pecans; toss gently.
Combine pudding and 1 cup pineapple juice; beat 1 minute.
Pour over fruit; toss gently.
Fresh blueberries and/or strawberries can be added.
