Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen large shrimp
    4 pkg. Japanese stir-fry vegetables
    2 onions, sliced and separated
    2 c. cooked Uncle Ben's rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Use wok.
    Cook vegetables in 1/2 cup oil until crisp.
    Push to the side of wok, leaving a hole in center of vegetables.
    Place shrimp in the center of wok.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and Old Bay onto shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp are thawed and done.
    Pour off excess liquid.
    Mix in cooked rice.
    Toss until thoroughly mixed.
