Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups thinly sliced carrots or 2 cans
1 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup green onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Blend all ingredients together, bring to a boil and pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate overnight
or several hours. Will keep for two weeks.
