Fried Bow Ties(Quanti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    8 c. flour (approximately)
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add baking powder and mix in flour enough to make smooth dough, like pasta dough.
    Let dough rest (even overnight). Roll dough out thin and cut in 6-inch strips x 2 inches wide. Make slit in middle.
    Fold one end through slit to make twist. Place in hot oil; fry to golden.
    Place on paper towel to absorb oil.
    Serve plain or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
