Ranch-Style Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, thoroughly combine soup mix, buttermilk, flour and garlic; set aside.
    In lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole, arrange chicken breasts and vegetables; add soup mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Remove cover and top with bread crumbs combined with melted butter.
    Continue baking, uncovered, 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
