Venison Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 venison tenderloins
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tenderloins.
    Mix well.
    Add tenderloins.
    Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours.
    Drain tenderloins.
    Grill over medium-hot coals to desired doneness.
