Hanky Pankies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. roll of sausage (I like Tennessee Pride)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
little oregano
Preparation

Fry sausage and drain off fat.\tPlace sausage on paper towel. When cool, crumble and put back in skillet after you clean it from all fat with paper towel.
Put cut up cubes of Velveeta cheese in with sausage and melt the cheese.
Stir well.
Sprinkle a little oregano and mix; spread on small rye cocktail bread slices and freeze.\tKeep frozen until ready to use.
Take out as many as you want
and do not thaw.\tBake at 350\u00b0 until thawed and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Check bread and make sure it doesn't burn on bottom.
