Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 small can coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Bake in 3 lined 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
