Pizza Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 lb. ground pork or hamburger
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 lb. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Let loaf of thawed bread dough rise following label directions.
    Prepare filling and cook pork or hamburger with mushrooms (if using), onions, salt and pepper in a large skillet until no pink remains; drain off excess
    fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, paprika, oregano and garlic salt.
    Bring to boiling; lower heat and cover.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool.
    Punch dough down and roll out on floured surface to 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
