Creamed Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 chicken bouillon
    rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Add soups.
    Heat in a slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours.
    Melt bouillon in water for rice.
    Cook rice.
    Serve chicken over rice.
