Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Safron rice (yellow) Mahatma brand
1 small c. Mexican corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large grated cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to package.
Drain corn.
Mix rice, corn and cream of chicken soup.
Layer with cheese.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
