Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pie shells.
Pour into pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
