Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 envelope dehydrated onion soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 fryer, cut in pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 cans water
    butter
Preparation
    Butter a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle onion soup evenly on bottom.
    Sprinkle rice over soup.
    Place chicken pieces on rice. Mix mushroom soup and water; pour over chicken.
    Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
