Creamy Eggs And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. diced sharp process cheese
    2 Tbsp. water
    8 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add cheese and water; cook slowly, stirring, until cheese melts.
    Add eggs, salt and pepper. Cook slowly until eggs are set, scraping mixture frequently during cooking.
    Makes 4 servings.
