Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Mix lemon, sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and butter together. Add milk and beaten egg whites.
    Stir well and put in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
