Tuna Patties(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. instant potato flakes
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 3 tablespoons potato flakes and butter.
    Form mixture into 6 patties.
    Coat both sides of patties with remaining flakes.
    Melt butter.
    Fry tuna patties until golden brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels before serving.
