Thai Shrimp And Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium-size shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 (8 oz.) bottle light Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. grated peeled gingerroot
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. capellini or angel hair pasta
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
    1 medium-size carrot, shredded
    1 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    cilantro sprig for garnish
Preparation
    About 1 hour and 20 minutes before serving:
    In medium bowl, mix shrimp with 1/3 cup salad dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
