Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with chopped onion until tender; drain.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add diced cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Place in baking dish and top with the bacon that has been cooked and crumble over top.
    Sliced olives may be added.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
