Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar well, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked shell.
    With metal spoon, remove foam from top of pie.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Pie will still be shaky, but will finish cooking after being taken from the oven.
