Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs (add 1 at a time)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. chopped apples
    2 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Fold in pecans and apples.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
