Frijoles A La Charra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. dried pinto beans
    3 slices salt bacon, cut up in chunks
    2 jalapenos, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Chappel Hill sausage link, remove skin and chop
    1/2 c. chopped cilantro
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Soak dry beans overnight.
    Rinse and place in 10-quart pot full of hot water.
    Cook with salt for 2 hours over medium flame. In skillet, place salt bacon and the rest of the ingredients and saute.
    Add all to beans and cook until beans are tender and Yum Yum Buenos!
