Blueberry-Lemon Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Mix in walnuts and lemon peel.
    Fold in fresh blueberries.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
