Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. Key lime juice
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    few drops green food coloring (optional)
    1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to come to softened stage.
    Add juice and sweetened milk (coloring if used).
    Use mixer until well blended. Pour on pie shell.
    Let set for 6 hours or overnight.
