Sukiyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dashi (1 1/2 c. water, 1 bag dashimoto)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Kikkoman shoyu
    1/2 c. mirin
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil.
    Keep in refrigerator to use for Hekka, Sukiyaki or marinade for other meat dishes.
