Sauce Pe Qua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can tomato paste
    6 or more cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in cooking oil; take out and add chopped onion, garlic, celery and pepper.
    Fry until slightly brown, then add flour, mustard, tomato paste, chicken and sausage.
    Season; let simmer about 1 hour.
    Serve on rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
