Chocolate Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
    1 c. sugar
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. salted roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil.
    Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
    Beat 4 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken.
    Working rapidly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand until firm.
    Yields 2 dozen.
