Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. popped corn
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt in a 2-quart dish.
Place in microwave and bring to a boil; cook on high for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda.
Mix well. Put popped corn into heavy brown grocery bag.
Pour syrup over corn.
Close bag and shake to mix and coat corn.
Close bag by turning top down.
Cook in bag in microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake and cook another 1 1/2 minutes; shake.
Cook another 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour in pan; cool and break apart.
Store in closed container.
