Granny'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Golden Eagle syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add butter, sugar, syrup and vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell; sprinkle pecans over filling.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
