Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 pt. half and half
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth.
Allow to come to a soft boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour over cooked fettuccini or tortellini.
