Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Beat well.
(Do not use electric mixer.)
Pour into a well-greased, floured and paper-lined (bottom) tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
