Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. vegetable liquid (left from cooking, or milk)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. finely chopped broccoli, cooked
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    In a double boiler top over direct heat, cook onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour.
