Spacheezies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. frozen, chopped spinach
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
2 eggs
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add the milk, melted margarine and eggs to the sifted ingredients.
Add spinach and cheese.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes
