Strawberry Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced California strawberries, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. milk (about)
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3 c. buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
Preparation
    Puree strawberries.
    Combine with milk to measure 3 cups.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until batter is smooth.
    Bake on preheated waffle iron until steaming stops.
    Yields 6 large waffles.
