Brown Sugar Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    3 c. pecans or coconut
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 box brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    until stiff but not dry.
    Slowly add brown sugar
    and
    vanilla.
    Fold
    in flour and baking powder. Add pecans.
    Bake in tube pan for 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
