Pork Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed pork
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans bean sprouts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch and water enough to make a paste
Preparation
    Brown up cubed pork in oil.
    Add onion and celery and cook until soft.
    Add the bean sprouts and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce.
    Thicken with the cornstarch and water mixture by stirring it in.
