Broccoli Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cut and cook broccoli until tender.
    Combine soup, milk and eggs.
    Add broccoli, cheese, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Add crackers on top.
    Bake (uncovered) at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (about 45 minutes).
