Ribbon Gelatin(Eight Layers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small pkg. jello (3 oz., 2 each green, red, yellow and orange)
    9 c. boiling water, divided
    2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    To make clear layers in each of four small bowls, dissolve one of the packages of each color gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
