Ingredients
    salmon fillets
    1-2 nectarines, peaches or plums, sliced
    sweet onion, sliced
    red bell pepper, sliced
    ground ginger
    brown sugar
    soy sauce
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    NOTE: You will need 1 salmon fillet per person. This recipe will make 2-8 fillets.
