Chicken Cheese Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. Bisquick
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Cook green peppers and onions in shortening until tender.
    Add 1/4 cup Bisquick, soup and milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Add chicken and peas.
    Pour into 7 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix 2 cups Bisquick and water until dough forms.
    Knead and roll into 15 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with cheese and roll up tightly.
    Cut into 12 (1 1/4-inch) slices and arrange on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
